TPS Install

Is there a certain way to install the throttle position sensor?

Roger..you need a multi meter. You need to clock the TPS so the resistance is to specs according to the FSM.

How do i do that? what is the resistance suppose to be? The car runs fine. What are the consequences of it being off?
