I've got my eibach springs in and my illuminas are on the way. Are dust boots a must? If so do I need a specific kind for the illuminas or will they all fit. I was looking into the KYBs that cattman sells but they're backstocked and they say they're for the agx only. Does the brand really matter? And does it matter that they're designed for the agx? I want to make sure I have everything for the install. I've been waiting two years for this and I'm really excited.

 

If you want your struts to last, replace them. Just use oem nissan boots. They work fine on my illuminas...

 

The KYBs will fit. You can get them from Advanced Auto parts or several other online stores. I have heard they sometimes don't last too long, but I haven't had any problems in the year or so I have had mine. You could also buy mustang and miata OEM ones and try those since they are precut for lowered cars. Enjoy the Eibachs and Illuminas.
