I need to know what exactly that little round thing right below the front tower strut bar (if you installed one) is called because I just broke mine. (The piece with a small hose attached near the throttle body) Someone warned me that I should raise the FTSB soon (cause it was touching) and I put it off and now this is what I get...

Anyways, it needs replacing and I need to figgure out what it's called. (even better, a part number) I'll post up a picture of what I'm talking about shortly. Thanks.

P.S... I just installed my WS y pipe.. it's so damn loud!! haha but I like it so far..

It's a dealer item as far as I know so you're going to have to call them or wrecker, as far as driving it around..... don't know

dealer wants around $75.. I wanna place an order online if this is the right part number... anyone know if this is right number and if it's safe to drive around about 15 minutes a day untill part arrives?

Yes, it is safe to drive you car. Mine broke 2 weeks ago and I just got the replacement in the mail today. Just bend the mounting bracket when you replace it to prevent future problems.

 

Or throw some washers under the FSTB bracket to raise it a little...

 

ok here's an update. just went to the dealer first thing in the morning and they don't have the part in stock, but i wouldn't have bought it from them anyways cause it was $88 + tax!!!

anyways, the parts guy told me it should be ok for a little while so i'll just order the part online... for $40 cheaper..
