I went to the yard today and i pulled off the BCM i got the remote 2. now i looked in my trunk and i found one of the harness that goes to it but i dont have the other one which is a grey wire and it seems to only have 1 pin. can any1 tell me what it does and if i have it? if not is it possible to run a wire myself?

r u sure...y and wat does my antenna hook up 2 now since i dont have a BCM cause im a GXE? so can i get it to unlock my doors and and stuff without hooking up that wire?

ok so now my question is where does that gray wire connect to. can some1 please explain to me.

The BCM ( Body Control module) isn't in the trunk, it's in the dash above the ECU. The remote control box is in the trunk but you still need power door lock actuators I believe? I'm sure it's not just a case of pluging in the box.

bump...i went back to the junkyard and got that gray wire so now i have everythin it was connected and still when i plug in the key 6+ times the hazards still dont flash. what else am i missing????

do you have the relay near the trunk latch? take off the trunk trim closest to the bumper. the write up for the lock beep mod shows what im talking about.
