How to open up foglights

Does anyone know how to open the foglights on the 99's? I bought the yellow capsules (lexus yellow), and now i need to open up the foglights to put them in there.

99MAXSE-L: The pics are working, its just Comcast is slow sometimes. Give it about 1 minute and all the pics will show.

ruffrida24444: I listed 2 methods to open the fog lights. 1st is to use the normal oven heating method. 2nd is to cut them open when 1st doesn't work.

do you need to open them to put the Yellow Lexus Capsules on the bulb, or how does that all work? The capsule does go right on the end of the bulb, correct? Then, wouldn't you just have to take the bulb out, put the cap on, and reinstall bulb? you shouldn't have to take the whoe assembly apart, or would you? Not familiar with this at all, but interested in foolin around a little bit with the fogs.
