Whats the problem??(take a guess)

I am clueless on whats wrong:

About 2-3 seconds after accelerating into 3rd?gear (55mph), the steering wheel suddenly shifts / jolts. It feels like, for 2 seconds, the steering wheel is non-responsive (loose).
I ’ll be driving through a turn and all the sudden I need correct my steering, It always happens around the same speed / gear everytime. It just started today when I got my car back from “Tires Plus” after it being towed there. It was towed there earlier because a hose busted leaking coolant everywhere.

Going to Tires Plus tomrrow , to get it looked at

Loose rack, tie rod ends, ball joints or even coolant on your power steering hose causing it to slip.
