On flat surfaces night shades is good. On an angle like the corners it gets tricky. All I can suggest is patience. Do light coats, if it looks like you missed a spot don't keep spraying. Let it dry and then continue, it is easy for this stuff to run.......

I would recommend the DTM mod instead. I did it to my taillights and I think it probably looks better than the nightshades. Check out my Car Domain if you wanna see pics.

At least you can remove the nightshades if you don't like how it turns out.

okay, thank you.
anyone know how to get this glue off of stuff? i heat the glue up then when i take the lense off it sticks to like the inside of the housing and crap and the only way i can get it off is to heat gun it up, but i dont want to ruin the paint or anything.

okay i tried to repair my deformed lense, it turned out pretty..okay. I melted like the rubber and everything on that light, jeeze. i only put it in there on 250 for like 8 minutes, while it was preheating too..
so i noticed there is little nubs that the lense sort of "clips" into but the glue wouldnt really dry in a way that they were lining up so i just let it do wahtever it wanted since its doing that anyway.
the finished product (from at least 5 feet away) looks decent. I know it'd look even better had i done it correctly.
so now i'm definently wanting to black the housing on my bumper lights, if i can manage to not kill those too.

i'll have to look into that dtm mod, your taillights look better than others i've seen. I'd hope it'll match the corner lights though.
yeah i might just check out the nite shades to see whats its like, i like having the option of removing it.

I think that looks really clean with the side markers matching perfectly...what bulbs do you have in your side markers? Very nice job.
