LED brake lights?

LED brake lights?

is there a way that i could put Red LED lights on my tail lights and have them function as brake lights? is there a write up for this anywhere? i need help

WHAT??? Do you want to put LEDs in your tail lights to make them brighter when you brake, or do you want to have another brake light, like on a spoiler or something???

i want to take out the bulbs on my tails and put LED in there so if has the luxury car look

Well so you want to do a totally custom job...
I really don't think there is a write up on the site on how to do it.

Oh ya now I remember one of the poeple...i think is something like VLadd or something like that look it up in the "Find Memebers" section. But i think he used a write up from someone in the Altima Forums, or something like that.

there are replacement bulbs (1156, 1157, etc.) with led's instead of filaments, why not use those?

i actually got pulled over for those replacement leds. the cop said that the difference between the lights normally and brakes wasnt not great enough to be seen during the day. i got a warning, but still a hassle. then again, the cops around me in like a 20 mile radius LOVE me... im really a good driver ..really....
