Cost $NZ50, so probably about $US20 odd
Hears how they sound (louder in person ) http://web.archive.org/web/200112080...ple_2_long.wav
... i still cant see your points here. There is nothing wrong with the stock horn, it does its job very well. Id rather spend my money and time doing something that will actually help my car in looks or speed... But whatever thats just my opinion, everyones differnt...

the hella horns that were sold through the group deal were 118db as compared to 110db for stock horns. those three horns pictured above are air horns while the hella are diaphram horns; two different technologies. personally i like the way the hellas sound more, especially since i have three of them hooked up in my car.
I have one single horn that's 117db and it's about the same as that without the harmony effect. And it passes Maine state inspection...(not that that will help any of you guys...)

lol...have you guys heard of punctuation and grammar? It is sort of annoying when I have to reread somebody's post 10 times before I know what was said. Anybody else with me?
I definitely have to get some aftermarket horns, the stock horn doesn't cut it, I agree with Sterlingmaxima, it sounds gay, it's too high pitched. As Arnold would probably say.."It sounds like a girlyman horn"
I can't remember who did this capture so props go to them since I have no time to make a new video capture of my Hella Supertone setup. I still think it sounds louder in person. Hella Supertone Video.

instil: You have some nerve asking for my help right after you get done insulting me in your other thread. I never have declined helping anyone here but looks like you are the exception.
RuSSiAnMax415: The installation is very easy. There should be a hidden harness in the right side for the other horn in front of the radiator. Just plug one side with this harness and the other side to ground for each of the horns. You can also use a relay harness for the horns but I have not noticed any audible differences while others may have.
