Recently I've been having issues with my cars front end. First there was this annoyingly loud buzzing noise that came and went. Now there's a creaky noise every time I go ove even the slightest imperfection in the road. Took the car to the dealership and was told that I need to replace both lower control arms and both lower control arm links. They did not quote a price however. I've been searching on the internet for these parts but have had no luck. Anyone ever done this before?? Where did you find the parts and how much??

 

Control arms are available on Ebay. You can buy replacement end-link bushings/bolts at your local dealer or try suspension.com for Energy Suspension (performance) bushings.

The control arms on ebay are NEW and are 80 bucks shipped and include new ball joints, control arm bushings (not sure what type of bushings are included).

i was experiencing a harsh ride and a squeeking from my front end. my mechanic told me to fix the sway bar end links. immediately after doing that... the squeeks are gone and my car rides 1000000 times better. parts only costed like 50 bucks shipped for 2 sets of the end link kits. holla

 

where did you order the swaybar endlink bushings from. i have that same squeaky sound and i want to get rid of it thanks.

 

Make sure you rule out the more common causes of squeaking first (ie the upper strut mounts and nuts/bolts not torqued to spec).
