Under Grill install (95)
I read the FAQ, but they didnt show how to do the spots under the grill. I was wondering what u had to do to get the same look as the Grill with MEsh (gutter guard)? Do i need to take off that plastic peice, any info would be great, pics would be amazing!

How do i put the zip ties on? Do i have to drill holes to zip tie them? Pic please
just eye ball the best location to zip tie and drill holes.
Cut out a carboard shape of the opening and cut the wire mesh to that size. Test fit and adjust. Take off from bumper (or you could keep it on but I think it would be easier if you took it off) and drill holes where needed and a zip tie in place.

Alright thanks man, Do u guys think if i put mesh chrome grill on all 3 places it will be too much?...right now i just have the grill, im debating wheather to do the other 2 spots or not....
does anyone know about how to put some type of weatherguard or some kind of wrap or tube around the edges of the grill as to not scratch up the original grill? i think that this would finish up the look of the gutterguard. if not, i think i'm gonna take mine off. kinda sick of it.
Like some have said just find spots to attach the ties, no drilling required:
Not happy with the fitment, I'm going to re do it with some door edge guard to give it some strength, I may just remove it once I intall my Trenz grill ( thanks Broaner!)

i took mine out, and yeah getting a good fitment on my actual grill, i scratched the **** out of the sides of the grill.
i just drilled like half of a zip tie and then looped one through the "lock" part of it and around the mesh of the grille. its a ***** getting your hand back there to do all that stuff though.
i personally think it looks cleaner without it, i wish i could have found a way to just push mesh in there though without tieing it on. i saw in the forsale forums there was like mesh with a piece of rubber around the edges that you could just push into the bottom valences. i guess the rubber pressed against the inner valence and held it in there?
