Can someone please tell me what this is, what it does, is it a good mod, and is it safe to do to your maxima ?

i kant explain wut the VB is, but it has something to do with quicker and firmer shifts, cutting 1/4 times and losing less hp. =faster car.

Is it a really big modification. Like i could compare it to doing something like switching transmissions or something like that ?

no, you could compare it to changing your oil (with a lot more bolts)....See the banners at the top of the page that say "MobileTek"? click, and you will be educated (on the VB anyway).
