Wrong part or it's just me??

Ordered front brake set of the pads from everythingnissan.com.
Got it yesterday, but it seems like one of them is incorrect, or is it?

The pad with the tab is your wear indicator.
Put that pad on the piston (inner) side on either brake.

there should be two pads with the wear indicator, one for each side.
I could be wrong as I have not done my pads on my max, but I am quite sure I am right.

I just replaced mine about 2 weeks ago and both and there was a wear indicator on both front brakes, but mine were not from Nissan....

I called them and explained everything. They checked with technician and he said basically same as 'njmaxseltd': "The pad with the tab is a "wear" indicator. It goes to the piston (inner) side of the rotor on passenger brake"
Also they opened two more brand new boxes with same part number(D1060-2Y991), and all off them are same as mine.
