Wheel application for z32 brake kit...

I'm interested in getting some new rims soon but had a questions on the size. I am currently running 17x7.5 G35 coupe rims with my BBK upgrade, however I dunno what other size offset would fit with these calipers.
These are the ones I'm looking at:

Its available in a 18x8.5 +33mm offset (which from 5Zigen's chart says it fits a G35 coupe). Now my question is would an +35mm offset clear the calipers?(application for a Maxima) The reason I ask is that with these current rims, I get uneven wear on my tires therefore I would like something that maybe closer to stock spec that maybe easier on tirewear. I understand theres no perfect solution for this problem, either have one or the other but I just wanted to ask, maybe there is somebody here with my current setup that has experience with getting rims to fit better with their BBK. Thanx.

Actually I found the answer to my question, my G35 coupe rims are +33mm front and +30mm rear. Both fits fine and looks like +33mm is the closest I can get without clearance problems (mine barely clears). +35mm would probably not work.

Anyways, what do you guys think about these rims? $300ish each for these rims which for the size 18x8.5 weights about 21lbs which is pretty light for 18's. Anyone got other suggestion on light 18in rims that don't cost a fortune? (ie Volks are out of my price range )
