Engine vibration

When I had my clutch installed, they resurfaced the flywheel and I think the flywheel is kinda thin now causing the vibration. But today I opened my hood and looked at the crank pulley and at idle it has a figure 8 while it spins but when I rev the engine is smooth and the pulley spins straight. Do you guys think this is caused by the thin flywheel?

Anyone know if the thin flywheel can cause this problem or if this is something else? Maybe time for a 2k engine swap? 2k2 is just too expensive. I want to do this on my own.

thin flywheel will not cause that

again, you need to tighten your bolts, or something

Yeah, I was told I either need to tighten them or just change the pulley.
