aircon and horses...

aircon and horses...

has anyone ever heard of someone dynoing their car while the AC is on??

kinda curious as to how much we'd lose from AC....

AC sure takes hp away on my butt dyno, but thats all interpretation. And while we are on AC, is there a way to re route the ac to blow on the intake? I know its probably not possible, but cold air is good air and I can't think of another way to drop temps, other then nos or something

Wide open throttle position turns the compressor off.
That logic is built into our ECU's to get maximum power from the engine even when the A/C is being used.

Yeah I've heard this method works really well with those electric superchargers.
