Hey mine did that too once, i took it to the stealership and they said it was somehting with the cables or the guides and that they could fix if for $860. I was not about to pay that much for something that wasnt necessary on my car. Anyways, i had the dealer fully close it for me, It cost $60 and i have never moved it since

Otherwise you can remove the a pillars and the headliner and check to see if its jammed or something, but it sounds exactly like the problem i had with mine....

Does it open, too? If it both opens and closes, then maybe the inner wind deflector is blocking it and not closing. Try opening and closing it while standing outside your veicle. You can manually close it by using the gears located under your map light cover if there is nothing blocking the path. If not, then Nissan seels a rebuild kit for $50-60 and I'll try to find the rebuild link.

My car does this weird thing when I roll up all my windows at the same time (4 side windows AND the sun roof) everything closes except the sun roof stops closing 3/4 of the way and I have to wait a little bit and close it again. lol i dunno.. it's possessed.

Did you observe the inner wind deflector go down when closing the sunroof? Mine was broken on one side so I took it out all together. That broken piece (it's plastic) may be stuck in the track.

As far as rolling up all four windows and closing the sunroof at the same time, a relay will prevent an overload so it stops the closure of the sunroof. You should hear a click coming from the fuse area when the relay has switched. It clicks again when there is no load and you can finish closing your sunroof.
