My 95 now has 113,000 miles on it. Little things are needing attention, along with bigger things, (although nothing too big) I hope. So far I have replaced the shocks, at 60,000, pads twice along with rotors once (at 110,000). Exhaust at 110,000, CV joints and axles (r-axles) at 110,000, plugs 3 times with NGK iridiums at 110,000. the rear O2 sensor, air filters numerous times, the oil has been either Amsoil or Mobil 1 since 1000 miles changed about twice a year, the AT has had three full drains and one full flush (96,000).

I know it needs a knock sensor, ( I am waiting for that to come in) and either the crankshaft positioning sensor needs to be replaced or cleaned.
When the knock sensor comes in I will also clean the crank sensor.

I know I need new shocks and this time will spring for Illuminas, I would assume that the front two 02 sensors will need it soon but so far they are not throwing any codes. My big question is what will most likes need replacing next.

The car runs fine and is still used as a daily driver. Best vehicle I have every owned. What is likely to fail next?? Any ideas???

 

Wow, you have replaced a lot there. I think you are going to be good for quite awhile depending on how you drive the car. Alternator or starter next?

 

If something needs to be fixed the car will let you know, ex. Check Engine light will be lit, car starts to act funny.

Preventive maintenance is good, but don't waste your money if it's not broken yet.
