Did some searching and could not find what I was looking for. The first problem is that ONLY when I have my AC on my steering wheel shakes when I accelerate in second gear, and the second problem is that I had my car jacked up the other day to diagnose a clicking noise when at low speeds and I noticed that the right wheel was spinning faster than the left wheel. What could be the cause of these problems? My car is a 1995 SE 5sp without ABS or LSD.

The Clicking sound could either be your axle or wheel bearing. I'm leaning more towards axle. When last was a tune up done? Inspect you drive belts, Vibration in the steering wheel are usually suspension related.

 

Rotate the tires. If the vibration goes from the steering wheel to your seat, it's the tire. It could be out of round or it may have thrown a wheel weight. If it's still vibrating in the steering wheel you know it's a problem up front.

 

Maybe the clicking is your CV joint. How does it sound when turning at low speeds?
