1995 VLSD driver side axle
Does anyone have the "code" for this part? I'm calling for a driver side axle tomorow and I'll probably need some sort of letter or code, but I left my car at the track (i.e don't have access to it right now).

Well you can't do much on a Sunday and I don't believe they have LSD for 1995 Maximas in the US, so I suggest you call a stealership tomorrow and find out what the part number is and then go from there. You might be able to get one from an autowrecker but would have to ensure it had LSD.
I have LSD on my 95SE but you can't have it, lol!

The 2 splines have nothing to do with Auto or 5spd...
The two splines is for both sides of the LSD....if there was one spline, it would be for an open diff tranny.
This axle is for a 5spd w/ABS ring

i got my AE axles to go with my tranny from O'Reilly's auto. it comes with lifetime warranty, so im not complaining. i doubt gettin better axles will give me better gas mileage or be better for my engine, just perhaps last longer. but these cost me about 150 for both and have a lifetime warranty.

The reason it looks weird is because I dont remember there being a spiral section on my 5spd lsd axles. Just recently did new 5spd lsd raxles on my frieds 96 and he did have it either. It was on my auto open diff axle though...
