ECU for 99 cali MT SE to JWT... which one?

need some detailed info cause I found a site that I can get one for about $125-200 and I'm not positive now which one it is. They don't offer the cali spec for 96? I thought that was the year we had to use, but they do offer it for 95 but there are a few options that I don't know if they would make a difference but don't wanna find out the hard way.... I suppose it depends on the production date of my car?
Here is what they offer.
