Are the Luminics bulbs the same as stock? Can I use them in my stock projector safely or will it burn out? Ahh... I'm confused. Would you consider them HID bulbs?

they arent hid. http://www.luminicsbulbs.com/ they are very safe to use running at the stock wattage, Ive used them for about 3 months with the stock harness and nothing has blown. they are more realiable than all the other bulbs ive seen
