Me working mechanic
i did a auto transmission pan drop and flush. Cleaned it up real nice and put it all together, ended up leaking alot of fuild one time. So i guess i was short about 2-3 quarts of transmission fuild and then i drove to the store. It must have killed my tranny, it acted funny a couple times to the autozone(keep reving hard then catching and shifting). did this flush last weekend and worked fine til a few days ago and then it keep reving and catching/shifting hard. Now my tranny is trashed or at least im looking at it this way from it just revs hard, then will catch and i think 3rd gear is even out...So its another auto tranny or go to the 5sp conversion, Im in SE of wisconsin and need to find a good shop or person. I know THT, if he still does, has his auto trans from his 5sp swap.

Or a lot more than that. Why would you drive to the store to get tranny fluid AFTER you do the drain and flush. Why would you drive at all when your tranny is missing half of its fluid.
Unless you just wanted an excuse for the 5-speed.
