If the paint isn't cracked or scraped, you can go to a paintless dent removal shop and get them removed at a fraction of the price of a body shop. I have done that 3 times and you don't even notice them after they're done. If you set up an appointment they do it while you wait and if they aren't that busy it might not entail an appointment.

I'm not sure what franchises you might have and you would have to find them near a city. Look in the yellow pages under Body Shops or whatever.

A lot of these PDR guys service the car lots on a regular basis, so you could talk to someone who takes cars in on trade or sells used cars and they might know.

Look under Dent something or other in the white pages as well, Eg Dent King, Dent Wizard, Dents Unlimited.

One thing I can tell you is to avoid those "As seen on TV" products like Ding King and Pops-A-Dent. They do not work, either.

I've never used those before, but the suction cups you buy from any autoparts store does wonders for bigger dents. I removed my sisters big dent from the side of her car sucessfully with this and it only cost $3.99+tax.

One thing to note about the big dents too, the only surface that the suction cups work on are fairly flat. If you can get a good seal, it won't work.

Bobo speaks the truth. (hey, that didn't hurt after all)

FYI

Dents stretch the metal. Shrinking the metal will reverse this, but usally involves heat that will burn the paint.
