Hey guys, I notice that whenever it rains one of my belts starts making squeaking noises like crazy. It annoys the hell out of me because it doesn't do it on a regular basis, but when it does it it's embarassing as hell. Since it doesn't do it all the time I figure nothing has to be changed, but I really want this noise to go away. Thanks in advance for responses.

Check the belts. If they are worn (or you don't know when they were last replaced), replace them both. If the belts look like they are in good shape, adjust (tighten) the tensioners on both so they they are in spec.

How many miles are on the current belts? If more than 60k, you may want to replace them. Check the tensioner too. A loose belt may cause noise.
