well last night i had my keys in the ignition, car not started and the radio is on and all.

i start my car, and first thing i notice is this god aweful noise after it starts. it started just fine, just this noise was nasty. before i could get my hood open to investigate, the noise stopped.

so now the car is started and the noise stopped, i can't get my wipers, ac blower, radio, clock, etc to work. i thought i blew a fuse, so i was checking fuses and couldn't find that one burnt out. with my car off now, i turn the keys again and the radio comes back, along with everything else.. start the car .. and they're gone again..

any ideas, please enlighten me.
