brake clanking and other brake issues

I reverse (slowly) then stop, right then the front clanks as I shift into Drive.
same thing when i go from drive into reverse. There is also some vibrating when I floor the brakes(in the few past emergency braked I had to do), and sometimes when i use them calmly, it happens also. (Warpped rotors?) but i check the rotors and they look good. I recently had my Hawk HPS brake pads put on the front. They squeak when I am using the brake and going very slow(like right before a complete stop) From what I conclude is that something is not bolted or screwed on properly. I dunno though, its just a guess. I wanted to go the the mechanic but they are booked for today, guess ill have to wait till monday. Anything you guys think I should tell the mechanic ? Or what do you guys think might it the issue.
Thanks

It is just your rotors moving the 1/4 inch or so in the other direction. It is a normal sound.

You have warped rotors.

The squeaking is from the pads. Put some anti-squeal goop on the backs of the pads and shims.

The clunking- are you sure it's from the brakes? If your idle is too high, your tranny will also clunk into gear (reverse or D).

The "click" you hear is not a loose rotor it's a noise in the drive trane. Many on here experiance the same noise, myself as well. It seems nobody knows exactly where it comes from and no known mechanical failures occur because of it.

Another common noise that quite a few on here have is the wining sound that comes from the left front wheel after a short run on the highways. Again, no known failures occur from it, I've had it on and off for 3 years.

Perhaps the 2 are related?

on the anti-squeal goo. I essentially had the same exact problem as you did, during the exact same situations. The blue crap stopped it. Try that first before you go and spend money for no reason.
