I was looking at my car closely the other day when I noticed that the rear wheels dont seem as far apart as the fronts. Its not something easily noticed but if you look closely the rear wheels seem to be pushed in closer than the fronts. Since I've lowered my Max using H&R's and now sport the 17" 2000 SE wheels I notice it more. I wonder if 5mm spacers would give it a more square and inline appearance in relation to the fronts. Anyone else ever notice this? Has anyone ever tried 5mm spacers in the rear? Any opinions are greatly appreciated. Now I know this would be strictly an appearance mod so dont hate on me saying that this wont improve performance. I just think it may look better like this and would like some opinions.

On a side note, I think H&R's and Koni's are what should've been offered right from the factory for the SE. The drop is nice and the ride is too. My Max now reminds me of a new 3 series equipped with the Sport package. Just my .02!
