I should be coming into a good amount of money and I have the ability to dump it into my max finally. Should I go with performance or apperance? Rims or exhaust? I am not sure which way to go so let me know what ya think and I will probably go with what you guys say!

Give it to Charity !! Failing that go for performance and bolt on a supercharger.. appearance will get your car stolen ... Sleeper styles rock

Exhaust wont do u much "performance" if ur talkin about a cat-back. Rims will indeed help the apperance, not that theres anything wrong with stock SE rims, I actually like em alot. Get a y-pipe if u dont already have one instead of cat-back.
Also for some more ideas, I just bought a monitor for my dash and a new headunit for my ride, so I cant wait to put that in. Some springs and shocks or coilovers will also add a nice drop and look to the car.
But if u dont have rims on your car, and seeing how u have a GXE u prolly got hub-caps, then in your case I would indeed get rims. Which ones? There I cant help you cause im still riding on stock rims myself.

I have a y-pipe so I was going to go with Greddy catback or 18" 6 gen rims. I left my 17" rims in Utah when I moved and they are going to be sold soon so this is where the money is coming from.

Figure out what you would like to do to the car and go from there. If your plans for the car is to lower, rims, a little more power, and good sound then make it happen.

I'd suggest. a y, drop, good tune up,and bank the rest.

P.S. If I can go back in time and re-use my money I spent so far, I'd get a supercharger or turbo or vq35 or something like that first...
