sound does travel better and farther in cold weather. might install the CAI just for the heck of it but then again, don't wanna mess w/ it and lose lowend... eh i'll just leave it alone

Its getting damn chillin here now, and my car loves it. I just need to throw my suspension, and axle in before it gets too cold to lay on the garage floor.
Its easier with a 5speed...trust me

Had the VQ hawling about 75 and ran her up to 90-95. Seems to have a little more power in the 45 degree weather. Just fixed a bad coil so maybe thats why she is pulling so hard. Overall glad to be in a MAX

def vq weather. i notice my car's throttle response seems snappier and overall performance is a lot better. Hey i have a question. on cold days when im in a hurry and don't have time to warm up my baby, i notice that the shift btween 1-2 seems REAL hard. it was suggested to me by fukin pepboys that i may have a cracked tranny tooth. But this only happens when im runnin cold. Also, any input on warming up the car??? i love driving under overpasses and flooring it to hear my CAI roar. can't wait for the new ypipe/cat... and to avoid flames, i don't just go for the sound of my mods, it's just an added plus.

the only time i never warmed my car up was right after high school because if literally stayed an extra 5-10 seconds in ur car, youd be in a 20-30 minute traffic.
i always peeled out of 1st cause i was parked backwards, right beside the school
