how to remove/reinstall lock assembly

i got my 97 trunk lid and i was wondering how to take the lock outta my 96 trunk lid and put it into the 97 lid

It comes out from inside the lid. Take the padding off and you should be able to figure it out. 10mm and a few screwdrivers should be all you need.
