'Sacked Out Emblems!!! PICS!!!
HEY GUYS! i got bored today and decided to paint my emblems.
Pics are posted on http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2183813 . I wanted something different than blacked out emblems, but didn't want to do anything TOO ricey. I think they came out cool, i'll post pics here if i can figure out how to get privelages to do so, but for now they're up on my cardomain. Im waiting for them to finish drying with the clear coat right now, and ill post again with finished mounted pics! Tell me what you guys think!

You blacked them out or you did exactly what he did and got the same bronze looking result.

Been there done that........... did mine a while back. Used graphite wheel paint and finished them with clear coat.

Then I got busy with painting the instrument cluster gauge bezel and front valve cover fascia the same color.

I used this goopy glue that's weather proof and heat resistant (i think) i know its weather proof.
In sunlight, the emblems have kind of a reddish pink black tone to them, not bronze. i'll do a writeup later this week when i have time to post my daytime pics. Flavor 24/7, how did you put pics in the post? im still confused about how to do that. Do you just get the source code from the site and paste it in? you really have to see it in real life! it looks pretty hot! *i think i glued my "A" a lil crooked so ill fix that when i get better fishing line that doesn't snap every 3rd pull...*

Then you can just click "Preview Post" if you want to see if it worked alright.
