question about lowering maxima as much as poss.

i was wondering what set up can lower the maxima the most.

also what if you got coilovers (obx) and you adjust them all the way down is there anything else you could do to make it even lower?

i've already read that what im trying to ask is, if you have adjustable sleeve coilovers and drop the car 4 inches what else can you do to make it even lower?

someone told me to remove the bumpstops but i dont know if that will work and if it's safe.

hi newbie to maxima's but not to modding cars..

why would you wanna go that low?? i know most show cars do that so low its low...
your gonna go for show i assume there are air bags for maximas? or one of the universal kits could be made to fit i am sure.

if for some reason for performance.. there is such a thing as too low and screw your centre of gravity up badly and the car handles worse then it did stock with blows struts.

thats my newb .02 cents.. 14 to go until i can post.. stupid rules..

Why would you want to go 4'' anyway? You want the true ghetto look? At least you don't have to worry about snow..... like we got today, 4'' actually. If you lower 4'', you could come up here to the NE and plow driveways for $$$. Good luck with your car man.

yah up here in canada its pretty bad snow as well we got about 6inch or so in my area. was fun driving in it.. wish i was rwd sometimes.. e-brakes are fun too. hehe

haha thanks

yah i've been on here lurking for a good few months just looking and reading plus been modding cars for a good couple years.


have done stuff from oil changes to engine swaps to full auto to manual swaps. so got some desent knowledge on various cars. really interested in maximas since my goal is around low 14's high 13's and still be winter driven.

i drive a saturn aka 4 door catbox on wheels fun light fast little cars with some help breathing mods and giggle gas.
