Which is bank 2?

Happy New Year everyone.
The Service Engine Soon light is on, once again. This time it is: P0153 O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 2 Sensor 1) . The question is this, which bank is bank 2? My cheap Chiltons simply calls them front bank and rear bank, which is easy enough to understand, but that's not what OBDII is calling it, and I want to be sure to get the correct one replaced.
My first instinct is to call the front bank number 1, and rear 2, but this would be too presumptuous, since had this been a RWD, there would be no front or rear, but left and right. And since all OBDII codes are uniform across all makes and models, that assumption would be out the window.
