Diagnosis please

When my car is cold it has power surges and dips. It hesitates and will idle a bit rough. COuld this be a O2 sensor or the Cat/precats????

Could be a # of things.

Are there any CEL's?

Your best bet is to read the stickies and/or search the forum. The symptoms could be anything. An O2 sensor will trip the CEL to come on.
