Ok, I'm in the process of building my car up... to "bada$$" spec... I want to go CF hood, and CF trunk. But I've read somewhere here before, that there are some fitament issues with the trunk, and that inner tails need to be swapped for 97's. True or not true, what fitament issue did you have? Also, are all aftermarket outter tails universal? In other words, if I purchased some gen 2's would the outter tails fit my 95, but the inners wouldnt if I had the original trunk, correct? So if I have CF trunk, and gen 2 tails, I should be ok? Also I cant seem to find the CF Hood nor trunk anywhere online, can you post some links, seen them on ebay. Thanks

what cesar said...but your right u do need to do a trunk coversion 4 the stock taillights (not sure about the gen2 altezzas)....as for the cf hood it should fit as normal.

The Ionic trunk fits really well. You may have to adjust the trunk latch a bit, to pull it down a bit more but shouldnt require much tweaking.
The trunk is a 97-99 style, so any tailight option that you choose will fit, if it fits a 97-99 maxima.
95-99 outer tails are all shaped the same.

 

Very nice car Flavor, what side skirts are you rolling with, and what rear valences? are all 97-99 side skirts the same for 95-96? (should be correct>?)

The sideskirts are the same for 95-99 maximas, the rear valences are different though.
The 95-96 rear bumpers are different then the 97-99.

 

Altezza Gen II's are only for 97-99 trunks the inners will NOT fit 95-96 trunks (unless you cut up the trunk like I did)

 

Yeah, but if I have the CF trunk, the inners should fit, correct?, and well the outter tails shouldnt be a problem... right? Sorry for the posts guys, I feel like a newbie, and I cant get the link for the search, it doesnt work on my computer for some reason.

 

by buying the CF trunk lid u will be performinf the 97 conversion...which means u can buy 97 + tails and they will fit right in

 

you can't search cause your not a donating member....just my opinion, but go with red/clears. The classiest look for 4th gens.
