Quick help, PB blaster response time?
Hey guys, im in the middle of an axle change, and the strut-steering knuckle bolts are the biggest PITA's ive ever had to deal with.... So I sprayed them with PB blaster, very thoroughly.... How long should I wait to go take another crack at them? Ive already broken a ratchet on the SOB's... This project rocks *****... Thanks in advance

Do you have a true breaker bar? I broke my 1/2" socket wrench as well, actually, that was trying to get the axle nut off. 200 ft-lbs > socket wrenches...
I usually just try to lay a liberal amount of PB Blaster on, and wack the nuts/bolts with a hammer (sometimes).
Having a friend to help you with the steering knuckle bolts really helps too.

Haha i have an insanely oversized ratchet that i used for the axle nut along with a 4' cheater bar... But no i cant find my breaker bar. I'll head out there, its been about 15 minutes. Try whacking it.... wow

I never could get those strut bolts off, even with all the PB sprayed and a big breaker bar. Had to have the shop use an impact gun and replace the nuts so I could break them loose at home.
I even broke a nut-splitter trying to get those off!
