Painted Dash?

i am in the process of painting my dash white. i was just wondering what u guys use to clean them after u r finished.

I don't know man... that just doesn't seem like a good idea (I refer to the choice of color).

My buddy painted his dash white on his old max. I thought it looked good, good contrast with the dark interior and matched the extertior, however i can see how some would be against it. As far as cleaning it, how bout just a lil armor all?

yeah what do u need to clean it for ? ... if its done properly, you shouldnt need to clean anything ... just a nice vinyl polish..... one of the best paints you can use is the "dupli color dash and vinyl paint"..it sticks well ... make sure your using windex to clean the parts properly

It will look horrible when it fades and gets little nicks in it from everyday use.

I would try to use something as non-abrasive as possible.

i used vinyl paint and it has lasted for the past year with no problems.....and i clean it with just armor all

i have a dark brown interior mixed with black. can't find dark brown to paint my air bag cover (which i accidently removed paint on), wondering if painting all the brown black is doable, my exterior is dark green.
