starter

ok where is my starter and where can i check the wires to see if they are still good. Im asking this becuz my car doesnt crank, it makes a bump sound u could say when i turn the key, but i was told it could be more starter wires came off, or my starter went, so i will like to check the wires 1st

my started died on me a few months back i bought a new one and replaced itt i had hte same problem you did. the bump sound but it woulnt turn over, try hittin the starter with a hammer a few times and then try to turn on the car if that dont work you need a new starter.

lmao hell you, how about my shyt still works im not gonna beat it to death! anyone knows where i could find the wires under my hood to my starter

Aparently you dont know, but tapping the starter with something blunt has been known to help start the car, It wont fix the fact that you need a new start but can help you get a couple more starts out of it.

take off the stock intake, look right below the throttle body you'll see the starter, one 14mm bolt, one 17mm bolt. Use a lengthy break bar to make it easy.
