my front two windows really suck at going up and down. My drivers side like barley makes it down now and iv sprayed silicon down the side (i think the rubber that the window actually slides in is called the runners?) anyone replace there runners before mine blow

 

You need to take off the door panel and check the motor and regulator. Spraying stuff down the window channel will not fix anything, you really need to get inside. Usually foam pieces and loose bolts, speakers, etc. and need to be tightened and glued.

 

Yea i hear ya, cant do much outside in this weather , spring in a few weeks
