Replacing Exhaust, need some advice

Hey guys, recently one of my exhaust hangars on my max rusted through, and now the exhaust is rattling a little. I replaced the muffler itself no more than two months ago (OEM spec muffler), so it is just fine. Besides that, pretty much everything else is looking like its nearing the end of its life, and I have the money now, so its probably a good time to do it. I'm basically looking to replace everything behind the y-pipe, minus the muffler (yes, including the cat). I would like to maintain a rather stock sound, as I can't stand the rice burner sound that some performance exhausts have, but I figure I would also like to get a few extra ponies while I'm spending the money to replace the exhaust. What do you guys recommend as far as exhaust parts go? Should I keep everything factory except the cat? Should I just replace everything with factory, or is there an aftermarket exhaust system out there I should consider instead? Let me know what you guys think, as I have no experience with Maxima exhaust up to this point.

have u replaced ur y-pipe tho? if not, u could get an aftermarket one and replace the catback with something somewhat oem, that would give u a few ponies without sacrificing too much sound i dont think...if u have changed the y-pipe already then i really dont know wut catbacks out there will not increase sound too much
