Driver side door hinge has a litlle slack sometimes clicking

I mentioned that after i cleaned hinges in coin wash. There was so much dirt so i sprayed everything with simple green and then with water. Before that there was some thick grease more like a glue and probably that stuff kept the door silent so now i'm triying to find out what it was.

Does somebody has a clue what i can use. (instead of new hinges of course)
Thanks. I'd be really appreciate that.

If the hinge as slack or is loose it needs to be replaced.

you can replace the door hinge, or if you want a cheap solution, you can slack the bolts retaining the lower hinge bolts (the ones that bolt on the body of the car) a little and put a steel washer (about 1/8 thick) between the car and the hinge...rescrew it and check if the door closes fine....mine is done that way and the door adjustment is perfect
