I think I burned a fuse but need help

I tried installing indiglo gauges and I tried to wire the power to the light dimmer switch, while I installed it it worked, then I think I accidently tapped the pos and neg wire and i heard something click, then the gauges would blink constantly. Do you guys think I burned the fuse? If I did where would the light dimmer switch be?

Not understanding some of your post. What do you mean,"then the gauges would blink constantly" Are they flashing on and off at a constant rate? Are they flickering like a bad ground or a short? When you short wires and hear a noise it usually (thankfully) is a fuse. Look at your owners manual to find the instrument or inst fuse. It may be under the hood or by your left knee...seems like my max has a fuse box on the right side as well. Seems like the're marked on the fuse box covers.

sounds more like a crossed wire/ short somewhere...
if they still light up but blinking, then your fuse is fine ( current is being sent to your gauges for them to blink no?)...
