would this size wheel work?

i know its like 35-40 mm offset or something like that, that is recommended..

18x7.5 ADR Sukudo 10's with +48mm offset.

what would i need to do exactly to make those fit? or will they already

If they fit they'll be recessed far inside the wheel well. At 7.5" width and +48 offset, I would get +20 spacers atleast to bring them out a bit...
