does it make a differece?

 

i just put mine on and i got serious rubbing issues...ic ant drive the car.....on Matts kit the "spacer" looking part of the bracket which way does that face toward in middle of the car or out toward the wheel....anyone have good pics of the way the bracket is supposed to go
