Warped rotors -- replace pads?

My front rotors are warped, very obvious from the vibration I get when I step on the brakes. The problem is that I replaced my brake pads not long ago, so they have quite a bit of mileage left on them. If I replace my rotors, do I need to replace my brake pads too?

They're ceramic Quietstops, if that matters. Rotors are OEM stock. Thinking about going Brembo for replacement.

If your going to keep the same pads, I'd recommend putting a piece of sand paper on a flat surface and rubbing the pads on it until the surface is as even as you can get it. I kept the same pads and didn't sand them and my rotors warped again about 2 weeks later cause there was uneven contact between the pads and rotors.
