Car won't start
I got a 96 max. Running fine and starting flawlesly until today. Turns over fine but wont fire. Put my computer on it and no codes. Tried holding down the gas pedal and still won't fire. I'm thinking CAS but looking for any thoughts before troubleshooting. I don't have it in my garage yet, but when I cycle the key, I here the fuel pump running until it builds pressure. Really appears to be no spark. Looking for help. Thanks

I can almost gurantee it's either the crank or cam pos. sensor.
I had that happen once, the cam. pos. sensor (the one between the trans. and motor) the bolt came out, and the sensor was just hanging. The car would try to fire but it wouldn't. So check that sensor. Also check the sensor at the side of the engine. Pass. side of the engine right by the side's motor mount.

UPDATE: Took advise of harrish and leaned toward the cam position sensor. He was almost right. I park my max in the winter and the critters chewed thru my engine wiring harness prior to the cam position harness. In that wiring is also for my front O2 sensor. Got the soldering iron out and back on the road. Thanx for the advise.
