Jumping Idle and Bouncy Accel.

I've been having a high idle problem, and recently when I acclerate, the car bounces as it's going, but seems to stop after 35mph. Also just this morning, I see the rpm jumping from 800-1000 while I'm at a red light. What could this be?

IACV...... i think, You might take it off and clean it up.
