ECU Reset

I resetted my ECU and cleared the error codes. I turned my car on and for a few days now no service engine soon light has came on. When I check my ECU it gives me a 5, 5 code meaning theres no errors. I know my Knock sensor and my Rear o2 sensor is bad. But will my car still run with a lower performance with a bad knock sensor even though the error code isnt showing from my ECU?

I did the samething and after the ECU gave me the 5, 5 code I tiruned the screw back counter clockwise n left it alone. Now when I drive my check engine light just keeps blinking at me. When I put it in park it doesn't blink, only when in drive...by any chance do u know how to stop that? thanks.

If this is happening in drive (under load) I want to say misfire. Does your car drive normal?
