Changing O2 Sensor Readings...

If you put spacers (spark plug non-foulers) between the primary O2 sensors and the place you screw them into...will it make the ECU run leaner or richer? Or does it do nothing?

Just got to know. Do you want to alter the fuel/air mixture and if so why, or are you just curious. I don't know the answer to your question though.
